Ribena X C.C Lemon “Vitamin C Buddy, Take It Easy!” Campaign
Aug 2020 – Coronavirus is undoubtedly the infamous highlight of 2020. As the epidemic continues, health became the most concerned topic in the city. In view of this, we at Suntory Beverage & Food Hong Kong launched a campaign during the end of Feb, revolving “Ribena” and “C.C Lemon” under the theme of “Vitamin C Buddy, Take It Easy!”. Our aim was to encourage our consumers to have a healthy diet starting with our drinks. With natural juices being the core ingredients of Ribena and C.C Lemon, both blackcurrant and lemon are notably rich in Vitamin C, which is essential to our health. Combining a delicious yet nutritional treat to our consumers.
In addition to digital marketing and various point-of-sale advertising, we collaborated with famous local YouTubers to create yummy Ribena dessert recipes, empowering our consumers to stay fun and joyful cooking at home while fighting the epidemic. In June, we elevated our efforts by having our roving teams stationed at 10 school districts to distribute Ribena Blackcurrant Pastilles to students, as a way to encourage them returning to school after the suspension of classes. As always, we are aligned with Suntory’s value of Giving Back to Society, as we believe by having a positive impact will enrich people’s lives.
